Terms of Use
These terms apply to the use of NaughtyAds (the “website”). By visiting the website or posting an ad you accept these terms.
1. Adults only
This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over only. Ads by or about anyone under 18 are strictly forbidden and are removed immediately and reported.
2. What the website is
This website is an advertising platform only. We do not arrange meetings, take part in any agreement between users, or receive payment for any service offered by advertisers. Advertisers are solely responsible for their ads and for making sure that their ads and activities comply with South African law. Part of the ads come from publicly available sources; anyone affected can ask for removal at any time (see section 5).
3. Prohibited content
- Anyone under 18 or anyone who looks underage, and any reference to it
- Photos or details of other people without their consent
- Coercion, human trafficking, violence or any form of exploitation
- Drugs, medication, premium rate numbers, SMS scams and fraud, including asking for money upfront
- Links to other websites and advertising for third parties
- Any content that breaks South African law
We have zero tolerance for human trafficking and exploitation as defined in the Prevention and Combating of Trafficking in Persons Act 7 of 2013. Any ad we suspect involves trafficking, coercion or a person under 18 is removed and may be reported to the authorities. We may edit, hide or delete ads and block accounts without notice.
4. Your obligations as an advertiser
By posting an ad you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the details are true and that you own all rights to the photos you upload. One active ad per phone number is allowed. Ads do not expire and stay online until you delete them.
5. Reports and removal
If your number or photos were published without permission or an ad breaks these terms, use the “Report this ad” link in the ad or our contact form. We check every report and usually remove the ad within 24 hours.
Never send money to someone you have not met. If anyone asks for a deposit, airtime or a voucher before meeting, it is almost always a scam: report the ad. In an emergency, call SAPS on 10111, or 112 from any mobile phone. If you suspect human trafficking, call the South African National Human Trafficking Resource Line on 0800 222 777.
6. Rights to the content
The design, texts and database of the website are protected. Automated copying (scraping) and reuse without written permission are not allowed.
7. Liability
The website is provided as is. We are not liable for the content of ads, for meetings between users or for the content of linked partner websites.
8. Advertising
The website is funded by advertising and partner offers. Such links lead to external offers with their own terms.
9. Changes and contact
We may change these terms at any time; the version published here applies. Questions and reports go through the contact form. You can read how we handle personal information in our privacy policy.
