Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. Here you can read which personal information NaughtyAds processes and which rights you have. We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

1. What we process

Account: email address, name and an encrypted password when you register.
Ads: title, description, photos, age, city and the contact details you add yourself. These are publicly visible.
Technical data: IP address and country when you post an ad, log in or use the contact form, to protect the website against abuse and fraud.
Contact form: your name, email and message.

2. Why we process it

We process personal information to run the website, publish ads, prevent abuse and deal with reports and removal requests.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use technically necessary cookies (your login session and remembering your own ads). For anonymous statistics we use Google Analytics, which means usage data is sent to Google.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. It is only shared with technical service providers (hosting, Cloudflare, email delivery, Google Analytics) or with authorities when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Ads are kept until you delete them or they are removed. Account details are deleted when you delete your account under “My account”. Logs kept to prevent abuse are deleted regularly.

6. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. If your number or photos were published without permission, use “Report this ad” in the ad or the contact form; we usually remove such ads within 24 hours.
